Food Service Audits

Age residential care units who are providing food for their clients need audits undertaken by a registered dietitian to ensure that there is the possibility that a person living in that unit can remain adequately nourished.

One criticism of these audits is they seem expensive. Like when hiring an accountant or a bookkeeper you can find ways of reducing the cost by reducing how much work the dietitian does.

If you come to me asking for an audit, I will give you advice on how to present the information so it takes me the shortest amount of time possible to determine the compliance of the menu.

That way you can put more of your precious budget towards what we both want – keeping your residents as well as possible.

Please contact me about menu audits. Please email me via the form with some times that are convenient to speak to you.
